Scalefusion OneIdP Reimagined: Introducing Single Sign-On and Enhancements to OneIdP Suite

Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools oversee and regulate user access to business systems and resources. They ensure that only authorized individuals access business resources at appropriate times and for valid reasons. IAM solutions bolster security and compliance through effective management of identities, authentication, and authorizations within an organization.

At Scalefusion, we’ve been working towards bringing the IAM ecosystem closer to endpoint management through Scalefusion OneIdP, which was launched last year. Our aim has always been to minimize the cognitive burden on IT teams, drive operational excellence, improve compliance, and enhance security across our customers’ organizations.

This is why I’m excited to introduce single sign-on (SSO), our newest feature within Scalefusion OneIdP.

    Scalefusion OneidP SSO

Single Sign-On (SSO) powered by Scalefusion OneIdP

A key step in the pursuit of extending zero trust network, Scalefusion OneIdP’s single sign-on is critical in mitigating risks posed by unauthorized access and addressing security vulnerabilities by enforcing conditional access. With Scalefusion OneIdP single sign-on, you can now enable your employees to access business devices and apps using one set of credentials.

While Scalefusion OneIdP brings together identity, access, and endpoint management on a single dashboard, single sign-on capabilities help extend seamless access to work apps, eliminating the need for per-app passwords.

    Impact on stakeholders

    For IT administrators:

Centralizing security and compliance, Scalefusion OneIdP grants access based on users’ device management status, eliminating the need for complex passwords for every application. This approach minimizes password reset requests and reduces login troubleshooting issues, enhancing overall efficiency and security.

    For employees and device users:

Scalefusion OneIdP offers the convenience of accessing all work systems and applications with a single credential, enhancing productivity by eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords and ensuring secure access to enterprise resources without compromising personal data.

The Reimagined OneIdP Suite: Identity and Access Management Simplified

OneIdP directory services enables you to create your directory on *.oneidp domain. Alternatively, you can integrate your existing identity providers like Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta, and PingOne or on-prem AD with Scalefusion and import your existing users to the Scalefusion dashboard.

For efficient access management via OneIdP, we are excited to announce Keycard.
Keycard streamlines access to work devices and apps, by enabling the configuration of pre-defined access conditions based on location, IP address, Wi-Fi, date, and time.

You can implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) for additional security via KeyCard. It ensures access control on company-owned devices and restricts access to specific browsers and versions to maintain compliance with security standards.

    Closing lines…

As organizations transition to cloud-based operations, Scalefusion’s IAM Solution provides a unified solution for identity and access management, enhancing the cohesion and usability of diverse cloud services. With Scalefusion OneIdP, enterprises can effectively manage identity, access, and devices, ensuring a secure and productive work environment.

We are excited to see how Scalefusion OneIdP will transform enterprise identity and governance. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to enhance our product. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your thoughts and suggestions.
