    Scalefusion Named as High Performer in G2 Crowd’s Winter 2019 MDM Report

    It is a proud moment for us as Scalefusion has been named as ‘High Performer’ in the Mobile Device Management category by G2 Crowd in their Winter 2019 Grid® Report.

    According to the G2 Crowd report, Scalefusion has been selected under the category of ‘High Performers’ for receiving high customer satisfaction score. The report says that 100% of Scalefusion users have rated the solution with either 4 or 5 stars and 94% of users are satisfied with the service provided by Scalefusion and believe that it is headed in the right direction in terms of user experience. The report also suggests that Scalefusion successfully meets the customers’ business requirements by 95%.

    G2 Crowd categorizes the MDM products and ranks them on the Grid® according to their customer satisfaction rate and market presence (based on market share, vendor size, and social impact). Scalefusion has been placed on ‘High Performers’ quadrant for being highly rated by its users for performance, customer satisfaction and for being on the verge of capturing the market presence.

    In the G2 Crowd rankings, 96% of users said they would be likely to recommend Scalefusion. Scalefusion is rated #1 Mobile Device Management Vendor in Quality of Support with the highest score of 98%. Additionally, it scored 98% for Ease of Doing Business With and 92% for Ease of Use, as per the G2 Crowd rankings.

    The report also states Scalefusion as the leader in customer satisfaction amongst its competitors for scoring the highest NPS score of 86!
