Writing Guidelines

• Articles should cover technology, SaaS, startups/enterprises, and enterprise mobility, keeping IT professionals, MSPs, and decision-makers in mind. Include use cases, challenges, and industry trends.
• Content must be 100% original, unpublished, plagiarism-free, and free from AI-generated fluff. Use a professional, informative, objective tone and avoid first-person (“I”) or collective (“we”) language. No promotional or sales-driven content.
• Use Grammarly tool for concise writing, Hemingway tool to achieve Grade 8–10 readability, and ZeroGPT to ensure a minimum of 75% human-generated content.
• Minimum 1,200  to a maximum of 1500 words with in-depth coverage. Ensure short paragraphs and clear flow.
• Use a logical structure with H2/H3 headings, bullet points, and short paragraphs. Each section should add value and avoid repetition or filler content. Support claims with data, case studies, or authoritative industry sources. 
• Limit to 2 outbound links to credible, authoritative sources. Scalefusion team reserves the right to review and approve links to ensure relevance. Links to competitors, spammy, or unrelated sites may be declined.
• Naturally include relevant keywords without stuffing. Interlink to suitable Scalefusion blogs or product pages where relevant. Content optimized using tools like Neuron or Surfer SEO will have a higher chance of selection.
• Include at least 2 copyright-free images (diagrams/screenshots, max 850×550 px, ≤500 KB) with proper attribution.
• Provide a suggested title (<60 characters) and meta description (~150–160 characters). Articles will be published under Scalefusion’s in-house authors.
• No title capitalization for title, headers and subheaders. 

Submission Process

• Review the existing content on the Scalefusion blog and come up with a unique topic idea.
• Send a brief topic idea and outline, along with a targeted keyword, for editorial approval before writing the full draft.
• The Scalefusion content team reserves the right to revise submissions for clarity, tone, accuracy, and adherence to brand and SEO guidelines.
• Your article will be credited under a Scalefusion internal author (e.g., “Scalefusion Team”).
